Well known compatibility issues:

The Web shield of Avast Antivirus 4.6 (and all newer versions) obstructs Dolphin Knight P working. You could avoid the problem if you stop the Web shield service of Avast.
The Symantec Internet Security blocks the local communication of Dolphin Knight P. To avoid this problem let set up the 127.0.0.1 (localhost) to the reliable IP's.
In case of version AVG 8.5 the LinkScanner component SurfShield functions should be switched off
